Cost effective designs maintain quality and reliability

Arnott have been supplying conveyor solutions for over 33 years. Focused primarily on the food and pharmaceutical industries, our solutions have been working reliably for many years in a wide range of applications.

Cost last year has paid a more important role as company budgets have been hit hard by the recession. At Arnott we have addressed our designs to ensure our quality and reliability have not suffered whilst offering the right conveyor solution to meet our customer’s strict demands.

Designed in SolidWorks 3D our customers can see exactly what they have ordered. This relationship aids in a “Right First Time” approach and allows the customer to make any changes before manufacturing begins.

Modular Belt Conveyors

Modular belt conveyors now make up a majority of the solutions we offer. Customers have found that modular belt conveyors offer greater flexibility with their lines and require a lower level of maintenance. This is obviously dependent on their application and environment. Ideal for ready meal lines, fresh produce, raw meats, fish and packaged goods, to name but a few.
